  • Is returned within 30 days of the date of delivery
  • Has all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable)

2. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your return is authorized, carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) and include the RA number.
  3. Ship the item back to the following address:

      Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there was an error in your order.

3. Conditions for Refund
Refunds will be processed if:

  • The returned item meets the eligibility requirements mentioned above.
  • The item is received in its original, undamaged condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.

5. Non-Returnable Items
